Courtney leads FrontLine Marketing with a passion for in-store marketing effectiveness,
innovation and accountability. In this role, Courtney taps into her deep CPG marketing
background and strategic leadership skills acquired through her career in advertising and
Courtney joined FrontLine Marketing in 2012 serving as VP and then SVP, Marketing. In this
role she drove product innovation, launching new programs, new display formats and integrating
digital and mobile technologies to enhance shopper impact.
After graduating from Harvard University, Courtney spent the first phase of her career in the
advertising industry in New York City, quickly rising to the position of SVP, Group Director
Client Services at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and then as EVP with Gotham, leading major
CPG accounts. Courtney also played a significant role in new business development.
Prior to joining FrontLine Marketing, Courtney also served as the Senior Vice President,
Client Services for the TSN Group, a marketing services firm specializing in place based
media and XM events reaching mature consumers.
